The Camp Recovery Center is an addiction treatment facility that has multiple locations and offers several levels of care for adults and adolescents/teens.

Our enormous rehab facility campus is located in the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains in Scotts Valley, Northern California.

For almost 30 years, we have been providing comprehensive and specialized detoxification, residential, outpatient and aftercare treatment programs for adults and adolescents struggling with alcohol and drug use issues.

For over 25 years, The Camp Recovery Center has been considered one of the premier leaders in the field of drug and alcohol rehab and treatment. Our substance abuse treatment program combines expert counseling and medication management with 12-Step recovery principles, individual, group and art therapy, and recreational and experiential therapies to facilitate change and build a base of recovery.

Our addiction treatment experts believe that family involvement is an important element of treatment for both the client and the family. Intensive family weekends are held to educate both families and clients on the disease of drug and alcohol addiction and to prepare for a future in recovery.

The full continuum of care at The Camp includes detoxification, rehabilitation, day treatment, intensive outpatient programs, an aftercare program, and an active alumni group. Our treatment is delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated and passionate about recovery.

A specialized rehab program for adolescents is provided at The Camp’s Meadow Lodge. Our treatment specialists use a dynamic mixture of methods to reach youth, including a ROPES course, experiential therapies, individual, group and recreational therapies, and gender-specific and mixed groups.  Time, creativity and information help adolescents see the possibility and potential of clean and sober living.

Over the past two decades, The Camp has built a nationally recognized reputation and established long-standing relationships with the medical and therapeutic communities as well as the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) licensing board.
